I've sent the link to duplicate the EM Operating System into your Notion workspace to the email you used at checkout. It should arrive within a few minutes.
Your first 10 minutes
Once you've duplicated it, the same checklist is at the top of the home page.

Open Priya Shah's page. She's part of the sample team. Her 1:1s, evidence, review and promotion case show how everything connects.

Delete the sample team. Every database has a sample tab, so you can select the sample rows and remove them in one go.

Add your people. One row each in People. Name, level and 1:1 cadence are enough to start.

Log your next 1:1. When something good comes up, add it to the Evidence Log from inside the 1:1 note and tag the ladder dimension.
