15 years in software, mostly fintech and cybersecurity. I've managed teams of up to 20 engineers and three of the startups I worked at got acquired.
Oxford Saïd and MIT Sloan alumni.

Zopa Bank is a fintech unicorn 🦄 with over 1.7 million customers.

I joined in 2024 and lead two teams of 15 engineers building GenAI and Open Banking experiences. The product I'm most proud of is Zopa's AI Assistant which we built from scratch and is now used by all of our Current Account customers.

A few of Zopa's awards: Fintech Scale-Up of the Year (2025), Fintech of the Year (2023), #2 Most Loved Workplace (Newsweek).
